If Investra is found liable despite these Terms, Investra’s total liability shall be limited to the amount of platform fees paid directly to Investra by the affected user within the three months before the claim arose, or GHS 100, whichever is lower, unless a higher amount is required by law.

Investra is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not promise that:
The platform will meet your expectations.
The platform will always be available.
The platform will be error-free.
All information on the platform will be accurate.
Users will act honestly.
Businesses will succeed.
Loans will be repaid.
Investments will be profitable.
Disputes will be resolved.
The platform will be free from viruses or security threats.
You use Investra at your own risk.
30. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Investra harmless from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, expense, demand, dispute, or legal action arising from:
Your use of the platform.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your false or misleading information.
Your business listing.
Your loan, investment, or repayment agreement.
Your failure to repay.
Your failure to comply with law.
Your fraud or misconduct.
Your dispute with another user.
Your infringement of another person’s rights.
This means that if your actions cause Investra to suffer loss, claim, or legal cost, you may be required to compensate Investra.
31. Regulatory Compliance
Users must comply with all laws, regulations, licensing requirements, tax rules, business registration requirements, anti-money laundering rules, data protection rules, consumer protection rules, and financial laws that apply to them.
Investra may request information, restrict services, delay transactions, report activity, or suspend accounts where required for legal or regulatory reasons.
Nothing in these Terms should be understood as allowing any activity that is prohibited by law.
32. Anti-Money Laundering and Illegal Funds
Users must not use Investra to receive, transfer, hide, convert, or move money obtained from crime or unlawful activity.
Investra may monitor activity, request additional information, suspend accounts, reject transactions, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
33. Third Party Links and Services
Investra may contain links to third party websites, payment systems, social media pages, tools, or services.
Investra does not control third party services and is not responsible for their content, actions, failures, fees, policies, security, or availability.
Use of third party services is at your own risk.
34. Changes to the Terms
Investra may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms may be posted on the platform or communicated to users. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform.
35. Electronic Communication
By using Investra, you agree that notices, agreements, messages, disclosures, and other communications may be provided electronically through the platform, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other digital channels.
Electronic communications shall be treated as written communications where permitted by law.
36. Force Majeure
Investra shall not be liable for delay, failure, loss, or interruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including power failure, internet failure, cyberattack, natural disaster, fire, flood, strike, war, pandemic, government action, regulatory restriction, payment provider failure, or technical breakdown.
37. No Waiver
If Investra does not immediately enforce any part of these Terms, it does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later.
38. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall continue to apply.
39. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any dispute involving Investra shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to the appropriate courts or lawful dispute resolution forum in Ghana.
